  • We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Our main events are on Saturday, October 3rd, but there’s plenty to enjoy throughout the weekend:

    • Friday, October 2nd: Optional group Golf Outing in the morning

    • Friday, October 2nd: Welcome Party in the evening

    • Saturday, October 3rd: Ceremony & Reception in the evening

    • Sunday, October 4th: Sendoff Brunch in the morning

    Friday and Sunday activities are completely optional — come to what feels right for you! For the full weekend plan, check out our Weekend Schedule.

  • Both events will be at the beautiful Arthur Hills Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes.

  • Unless the weather has other plans, the ceremony will take place outdoors at sunset on the golf course.

    • Cocktail hour: covered veranda

    • Reception: part veranda, part indoor space with open-air pocket doors

  • Hilton Head in early October is usually sunny and in the 70s during the day, with evenings cooling to the 60s. Fingers crossed for perfect weather! Check out historic weather patterns via this link.

  • For the ceremony & reception, we’re going for cocktail formal, with a chic, coastal vibe. Check out our Dress Inspo page for inspiration!

    For all other events, wear whatever feels comfortable. We’ll be dressed up for the Welcome Party, and channeling casual for the Sendoff Brunch.

Weekend Events

  • While we love your little ones, our wedding is adults-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the the celebrations. You’re welcome to travel with your kids if it works for you — just know that all wedding events will be child-free. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

  • Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

  • NOTE: We will send out formal invitations in May, and our RSVP link will go live at that time.

    Please RSVP by August 8th, 2026. You can:

    • Mail back your RSVP card, or

    • RSVP online (link will be added when invitations are sent)

    If you’re excited about attending, or if you know for sure you won't be able to make it, feel free to reach out and let us know — we love early RSVPs and this really helps us plan!

Guests & Invitations

  • We don’t have a hotel block, but Hilton Head has plenty of great options! Some favorites:

    • Hotels: Hilton and Omni (both in the neighborhood)

    • Private Rentals: Palmetto Dunes Vacation Rentals, Airbnb, VRBO

    Feel free to stay elsewhere on the island – just note that most of our events will take place in or around the neighborhood of Palmetto Dunes. For more tips and options, see our Stay page.

  • A rental car is your best friend on the island (available at HHI and SAV airports). Please note that Ubers & Rideshares are limited on the island, especially at night — we recommend having a vehicle or arranging a designated driver for all activities.
